How will you track and follow up on valuation assignments to ensure completion within agreed upon service levels?

Appraisal Nation will assign a dedicated customer service team to track all orders. The team will break the tracking into four buckets as follows:

  1. Order Received to Order Assigned
  1. Order Assigned to Appraisal Scheduled
  1. Appraisal Scheduled to Report
  1. Report to Completion.

In the first bucket all orders received via our online order management system will be assigned within the agreed upon time period. During the second bucket the communication between the appraiser and borrower, in regards to scheduling the inspection, will be tracked. All communication attempts will be entered into ANScope and Appraisal Nation will help facilitate contact between both parties. Once an appointment is scheduled we move to the third bucket. This team will call the day after the inspection to confirm the inspection was successful. During this call, the appraisers eta is confirmed to ensure the agreed upon time period is met. The forth bucket encompasses the review and delivery of the report. ANSsope tags orders through the life of the appraisal request. ANScope can generate reports to confirm we adhere to the agreed upon time period and Appraisal Nation monitors all bucket reports.
