Hosted by Appraisal Nation, LLC.
Join the Appraisal Nation team for a 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course. Every licensed and certified real property appraiser in the United States is required to complete a 7-hour USPAP update course every two years. For 2016-2017, we are proud to offer a full-day 7-Hour USPAP Update Course. This is a true multimedia experience, with case studies, video explanations from Appraisal Standards Board members, interactive student polling, and practice exercises to maximize learning and minimize boredom.
At this time, we are offering two registration types:
- Standard Registration:
$100 - Includes the class and a $30 course manual
- Enhanced Registration:
$175 - Includes the class, $30 course manual and a 2016-2017 USPAP book (a $75 value!)
